Meetings 

The Fresh Water Fishing Club meets the second Tuesday of every month (except June, July and August) at Lake Miona Recreation Center. Signups for trips, membership sign ins, and Club Applications are accepted beginning at 6:30PM with the meeting starting at 7:00PM. At each meeting, we strive to have a program consisting of a guest speaker who is knowledgeable about local fishing opportunities/tackle/rigging and information on the waters we intend to fish in our next club outing. The meetings last about an hour.

Our membership consist of over 250 Villages residents, who fishing experienced varies from the newest beginner to those whose knowledge is based on a lifetime of experience. All are welcome to come and check us out at one of our meetings to see if it is something that interests you.

The Freshwater Fishing Club (Hereinafter the “Club” along with its officer, directors, employees, and related entities, assumes no liability for injuries to individuals or damage to property which occurs during any activities or events sponsored, supported, organized, undertaken, or related to the Club. Participants in any activities or events sponsored, supported, organized, undertaken or related to the Club do so at their own risk: assume all liability for any damages, costs or fees resulting directly or indirectly from such participation: and agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Club and its officers, directors, employees, and related entities from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, or proceedings arising from or related to any and all Club Activities or events.
